Just wanted to let you know that I might not be able to upload the upcoming song to Newgrounds, I fear that it might get flagged for copyright infringement due to heavy (brainrot) sample usage, and there are no indications if these samples are copyrighted or not. Hell, even the main melody is a sample. And as you know NG is very strict when it comes to this, so I just can't risk it. Sorry about that. It'll still be available on Soundcloud tho.

what i feared might happen, happened

'afterburner' was deleted from spotify due to artificial streaming (botted playlist situation i talked about two weeks ago)

I will first try to contact them via their USELESS chatbot system and see if i can get my song reinstated, but i'm very doubtful that it'll work.

If not, i'll simply reupload it via my distributor (distrokid).

Please keep in mind that it might take a few days before you can see 'afterburner' back on spotify. I'll make an update when all's good.

What a shitty situation, it's totally unacceptable that spotify doesn't provide tools/help for this kind of bullshit. Or simply just fucking remove the artificial streams, it's not my fucking job to watch for bots.

Sorry if my latest updates have been a bit of a downer, I did not ask for any of this..

EDIT: In the end, I did not bother contacting spotify because based on what i've read on reddit and other forums, it's just going to be a waste of time. I simply just sent my files back to distrokid, now we'll just have to wait. I just hope I won't ever have to deal with this kind of shit again in the future.
