Hello!!

Revamping my logo motivated me to also revamp my website lol, it's a bit ugly and too simplistic in its current state. I originally made it back in September and made little to no changes (apart from news about my tracks), mostly due to lack of motivation and also skill issue: I lost almost all the HTML+CSS knowledge I had gained back when I was still in high school... And besides, it's about time I make the Neocities Supporter plan worth the monthly payment. I had a different vision for this website back then, but I'm satisfied with what I'm doing now. Expect the changes in a bracket of two weeks to three weeks!!

edit 01/05: the website layout is mostly finished, now i must write for each sections. this will be a pain in the ass lmao

Y2K style, made in ~25min on paint.NET lol. pretty generic, real graphic designers might want to gouge their eyes out, but I still like it tho.

I usually like to have a 'busy' background behind the logo on banners, but white will do for now. (i simply have no idea what background I should do lol)

edit: okay i did this glitchy background with repeating text thing and it looks pretty good. the text, tho not very visible, is simply my username written out in the NATO phonetic alphabet, also logo will be black or white depending on the background

edit2: okay making this made me want to revamp entirely my website, so, expect changes in the upcoming days/weeks!!

Now... I'd like to thank everyone, from the bottom of my heart, for your continued support!!!! I only have 3 songs published on NG as of right now, and each one has over 2000 listens and got frontpaged. Is my stuff really that good?? To think that so many people have listened to and even appreciated my music. That is so much more than what I could have hoped for!!

I often struggle with liking the shit I make, but seeing the support reassures me.

Ever since I started using NG more regularly last November, I never really introduced myself, so here you go:

Okay.. Terrible movie reference aside... My real name is Marc (you can spell it with C or K, i don't mind it, unless you write Cark or Karc lmao). I'm 23, and I make electronic music from the confines of my basement here in the beautiful region of Alsace, France. I mainly produce drum & bass and breakcore-ish stuff, but that doesn't mean i won't try other genres as well. Oh and I also make 3d models sometimes. Besides music and 3D modelling, things I also fucking love include video games, having stockholm syndrome while playing some of them (War Thunder), military stuff (mainly fighter jets and tanks), history+geography and old architecture.

This track was first released on September 1st 2024 and was actually my first ever public release.

well... sort of lol.

Last Saturday was Record Store Day, so I joined my friends in their hunt for rare/exclusive stuff (my broke ass only bought the Linkin Park From Zero vinyl tho). While we were waiting in line to get into the store, the local television agency (France 3 Alsace) showed up and started filming around and interviewed one of the store clerk. So yeah there you go, "face reveal" lmao.
